The Aston Fitness Training Program

Aston Fitness Training is another mode to assist in developing a more optimal neutral body alignment.

Using specialized equipment, exercises are tailored to match the client's body design.

Along with the benefits of increased strength and flexibility, there is a bonus! Enhanced posture alignment and ease of movement.

Once proficient with these exercises, the concepts can be applied to any equipment found in the local health clubs.
